2018 Marriott Omaha Business Council online auction good deals

Some of the best hotel bargains I have found over the past few years were my winning bids in the Greater Omaha-Lincoln Marriott Business Council Super Silent Auction to benefit Children’ Miracle Network.

My trip to the French Riviera last October was motivated by a 2-night stay with breakfast auction win for Riviera Marriott La Porte de Monaco.

My winning bid was $115 for the two-night stay with breakfast. Room rates at the time of my stay were 489eur without breakfast.

Greater Omaha-Lincoln Marriott Business Council has raised more than $400,000 for Children’s Miracle Network Hospitals.

This year you can join our Business Council in supporting Children’s Miracle Network Hospitals by visiting our Silent Auction website https://mbcsupersilentauction2018.ggo.bid.  Starting at 12 pm CST Monday, September 10th the silent auction website will list over 80 wonderful hotel stays and packages at a wide variety of hotels worth over $40,000.

Once you are on the website, you will need to register. To do that:

1. Click on “Start Bidding†and then “Create Account.â€
2. Enter your email address, check the “I’m not a robot†box, and click confirm.
3. You will then receive an email to activate your account. Click on the activate link to activate your account.  Create a password, and enter your first name, last name, address, city, state, zip code and billing formation.
4. Once logged into the site, you can scroll through the items to bid on. If you want more information on an item, click on the header to see more details.

The silent auction will remain open until 11:59 pm CST on Friday, September 21st.  Winners will be visible on the website and then notified after the auction closes.  All proceeds are donated to Children’s Miracle Network to benefit Children’s Hospital and Medical Center in Omaha, NE.
