Delta and SkyTeam airlines have discount rates for Premium Economy labeled flights to several cities in Scandinavia from airports around the USA for travel departures April to early June, then resume again from mid-August.
As was pointed out to me in the comments section after my initial posting, these flights are not a true premium economy class on aircraft for routes I have shown. The value here is for mileage earners in SkyTeam Alliance frequent flyer programs where these tickets book in W Class for 100% to 150% flight miles in most programs besides Delta. This premium economy W class ticket price of $800 to $900 compares to tickets about $300 less for economy V class earning 25% flight miles.
Los Angeles, San Francisco and San Jose to Copenhagen, Oslo, Bergen, Stavanger, Trondheim, Gothenburg and Stockholm are priced in upper $700s to mid-$800s round trip.
Paris and Inverness, Scotland price around $900 round trip.
Delta Premium Economy W earns 100%-150% flight miles in most SkyTeam Frequent Flyer Programs
These Premium Economy tickets book in Delta Economy W class. This fare class earns 100% flight miles in most SkyTeam Alliance frequent flyer programs, 125% flight miles in Alitalia and Flying Blue and even 150% flight miles in a program like Virgin Atlantic.

Barcelona and Madrid are other cities I see on Google Flights priced in $900s for Delta Premium Economy, but I was unable to find fare links from Google Flights to pull up these fares.
I did not find ticket prices anywhere near these low fares when searching Momondo.com for Premium Economy tickets.
But DL doesn’t have PE on A330, B767 or B777…
Comfort + IS NOT premium economy.
@Ben – That is probably why Air France and KLM transatlantic flights would not price. I rarely fly Delta, so not too familiar with their product.
A quick search shows A350 is aircraft to find.

ThePointsGuy posted an informative article on Delta Premium Economy.

These fares are more interesting to me as miles earning fares.
My primary research was looking at SAS premium economy fares for 200% Aegean Miles+Bonus Tier Miles. That search led me to low Delta Premium Economy fares. I did not realize these may be substandard Premium Economy seats.
