I was unable to get an open-jaw itinerary to price with discount for flying into one city and Europe and returning from another airport.

There are comparable low ticket prices around $300 to $340 round trip to many other cities in Europe like Frankfurt, Amsterdam, Dublin, London, Berlin and Copenhagen.

Two weeks ago I flew WOW Air San Francisco to Copenhagen with two small carry-on bags, but only last week WOW Air changed their carry-on rules again for the second time in the past year to restrict passengers to only one free personal item for carry-on. A paid carry-on bag will cost $51 each way.
On my 9 day winter trip to Scandinavia, I could have got by with only my 17†x 13†x 10†backpack if I had only taken one pair of shoes.

One paid carry-on bag and cheap self-selected seats for the long-haul flights to and from Iceland adds $128 to the ticket price shown above at $328.19 round trip for a total ticket price $456 round trip for SFO to Paris in April.
Other deals are available right now from SFO for comparable prices to that with major alliance airlines.
But if you can manage with only one free carry-on, then this is quite a deal to Europe from LAX or SFO with several cities priced about the same at $328 round trip for travel in April. Ticket prices seem to rise about $70 to $100 for travel in May 2017.
This sale has my attention and I might just book a WOW Air round trip ticket today for my spring travel plans to Europe.
