American Airlines offers some deals from $610 round trip Philadelphia PHL to Hong Kong and $590-$610 Hartford, Connecticut BDL to Beijing and Shanghai, China for travel departures mid-January to early May and then again from September 2017.
Boston to China is priced in low $500s with United and American. As someone who lived in Amherst, Massachusetts for a couple years, Hartford Bradley BDL was far more convenient airport access than driving to Boston and worth paying an extra $80.

Another interesting low fare I saw on Google Flights is Hartford BDL to Seoul, South Korea SEL for $525 round trip. This ticket price shows as a phone reservation price with final leg outbound a Korean Airlines (SkyTeam Alliance) flight from Beijing to Seoul, otherwise all AA operated flight segments. I tried Momondo.com and Skyscanner.com for OTA tickets, but I was unable to get it to price for AA flights. If Korea is your desired destination, then you might want to try an AA phone call.
