Delta Airlines and China Southern have a low $697 fare to Beijing (PEK) from both San Francisco (SFO) and Washington (IAD). TheFlightDeal.com posted this yesterday and I thought it strange that the flight has to be flown by Monday, March 31. I checked a March 31 outbound with Sunday, April 6 return at $727 from IAD. Price drops to $697 for return Monday to Wednesday April 7 to April 9 on both SFO and IAD routes. Delta Booking Code V.

    also only available to someone who already has a visa for China OR will use the free 72 hour transit visa and fly to someplace else…and under this timeline not very likely.
