American Airlines low fare deals San Francisco to Europe

As an American Airlines Executive Platinum member this year, my preferred airline to fly to Europe is AA. Until AAdvantage goes revenue based, I like the opportunity to earn 25,000+ redeemable miles on round trip tickets to Europe. There are currently low AA fares in the $600s to many airports in Europe from San Francisco and many other USA airports on day three of a USA-Europe fare war between American, Delta and United. I see similar low fares from Los Angeles and Las Vegas. And in a rare move for California regional airports like Monterey, Santa Barbara, Fresno and Sacramento are low fares to Europe from American and United similar to the major airports.

Lowest fares are for travel from November 2016 to March 2017.

    Fly out of Oakland CA instead. Norweigan Air. Great service cheap fares and you will save even more than AA. I did and i will fly NA again. Im no longer loyal to an airline. What airline will give me the best fare I fly

    Norwegian is a fine airline. Earning 25,000 miles with AAdvantage on a $600 fare from SFO to Europe beats any fare Norwegian offers for me. Plenty of time to fly Norwegian after AA goes revenue based.

    If we book the ticket now, even for dates in 2017 and then the program is changed to revenue accrual, will it still be credited as miles based?

    @NewToMiles – I think the date you fly and not the date you buy ticket is the determining factor, but I do not know that for sure.
