Best Western 3,000 points each stay, register by May 7, book by May 19, stay by Sep 2 (targeted)

Best Western Rewards has a targeted flash promotion for 3,000 points per stay for stays booked by May 19 and completed by September 2, 2019. This is advertised as a BW Rewards Rush promotion and registration is required before midnight Pacific time Tuesday, May 7.

1. Register before midnight Pacific time Tuesday, May 7, 2019. (check your email for offer. I received offer 10pm Pacific, Sun 5/5)
2. Book by May 19, 2019.
3. Complete stays by September 2, 2019.
4. Earn 3,000 bonus points per stay booked between May 6-19 and completed by September 2, 2019.

This might be an enticing offer to influence my booking behavior if I were making a summer road trip in the USA. My hotel plans for summer travel in Europe were booked over the past few days. I don’t see any Best Western hotels in the places I will be visiting where this offer favors changing my plans. The short booking window through May 19 means I am unlikely to book a Best Western hotel for this offer.

Note the terms state registration must be made by 11:59MST. That is currently the same time as Pacific time. Seems like time to dump daylight savings time changes to eliminate confusion.
