Norwegian Air 20% St.Patrick’s Day sale USA to Europe routes

$251 round trip from New York SWF to Bergen, Norway in July is an amazing deal. Norwegian Airlines launched a St. Patrick’s Day 20% discount sale today for USA-Europe flights for ticket purchases made by midnight Sunday, March 19.

There are some real deals available, especially from east coast airports for new routes starting this summer at New York Newburgh Stewart International Airport SWF and Providence, Rhode Island PVD to Ireland, UK and Norway.

No July-August travel deals for other Norwegian routes

Promotion terms only discount summer July-August travel for new routes from Providence PVD and New York Stewart SWF to Ireland, Northern Ireland, Scotland and Bergen. Those destinations are not available from New York JFK, Boston, Florida or California airports, so no promotional discount summer travel from these locations. Those St. Patrick’s Day 20% discounts only apply to April-June, Sep-Oct dates.

I compared today’s Oakland-Stockholm May 2017 fare calendar to last week’s screenshot to see the 20% discount ticket price for dates I want to travel are $154.50 for Stockholm to Oakland one way; $9.50 more than the $145 fare six days ago.

There are more dates in May available at low fares today for this route than there were on March 10, but ‘discount’ is a relative term.
