American, Delta and United have fares in the $400s and low $500s for travel from Seattle SEA to several cities in Europe, including Amsterdam, Brussels, Luxembourg, Paris, Frankfurt and Munich, plus Birmingham and Manchester in the UK to Brexit up these destinations. Departure dates from January 11 to March 31 have deep discount economy class tickets with all three alliances.
The pattern of the past couple weeks, and actually the dominant pattern for many sales since May 2016 with lowest fares to Europe is basically the Icelandair North America gateways are where the biggest discounts for USA to Europe tickets have most commonly happened. Icelandair airport gateways in the USA are Boston, New York JFK, New York EWR, Washington IAD, Orlando MCO, Chicago ORD, Minneapolis MSP, Denver DEN, Portland PDX and Seattle SEA. Anchorage is listed as an Icelandair gateway, but I never any Icelandair flight deals there. Canada gateways for Icelandair are Halifax, Toronto, Montreal, Edmonton and Vancouver.
This week Seattle is one of the hot deals with low Alliance fares to 8 cities in Europe and even lower Icelandair fares to many of these airports.
