The schedule is brutal for economy class travel. Airport lounge access is a big benefit to have for this kind of itinerary. I had a similar schedule when I went to Bali in 2003, except with a nonstop SFO-NRT flying Star Alliance with six hours in the SIN Transit Hotel.
