Hilton Dresden for July 2015
Hilton Dresden is one hotel I checked where I found excellent rates for a hotel stay in July midweek, Tuesday through Thursday nights. Hilton Dresden is located in the old town adjacent to the Dresden Frauenkirche, one of the most historically significant Protestant Lutheran churches in Germany. Destroyed by Allied bombing in World War II, the ruins of Frauenkirche sat as a memorial to the war and thousands of civilians killed in the Dresden bombing firestorm of February 1945 until after Germany reunification when a campaign raised the funds to restore the church.
Hilton Dresden is 129 EUR July 7-10 for the regular rate allowing cancellation without penalty. The 7-day sale prepaid rate is 86 EUR per night during the weeknights.
