Ariana Arghandewal writes Pointchaser blog and also is the managing editor @FlyerTalk and @FrugalTravelGuy. I met Ariana for the first time this week at the IHG Leadership conference in Las Vegas. And I am glad we met. She is another northern California resident.

    @Joseph M – We were so busy at this conference that I barely had the opportunity to speak with Ariana. I know she was working harder than I was during the conference with her other duties. I was exhausted.

    These conferences sound fun when there are great events like Colbie Caillat playing a private show and free alcohol, but the 6:30am to 10pm schedule sure wears me out and there is virtually no spare time to socialize.

    The keynote session this morning had a live band playing before 8am and the bass thumping in the breakfast room was pounding in my head.
