The Costco Southwest Promotional rate COSSW shows these rate rules and cancellation policy for Hyatt Regency Tamaya Resort.
Hyatt should state clearly in the Rate Rules whether only the first night or the entire stay is nonrefundable upon cancellation.
The regular Costco Discount cancellation policy for the Hyatt Regency Tamaya Resort states Cancellation policy – Cancel 4pm Mst 72 Hours Prior To Arrival.
I assume the Costco promotional rate is fully nonrefundable since there is no cancellation deadline stated.

My rate searches showed this was a higher rate than otherwise available at some hotels, no discount at some hotels and a good discount offer at some hotels. Rate depends on your dates.
