Radisson Rewards double points and elite credits Sep 26-Dec 29, 2019

Radisson Rewards has an elite fast-track offer, but they require you to commit to booking all your reservations by September 26 to qualify for double elite nights and stays with double points earned too. This offer applies only to new reservations booked from Sep 16-26. There is no need to book a specific rate code, so you can book flexible cancellation rates and simply cancel without penalty if your plans change.

There is an opportunity to fast-track to highest level Platinum elite at 30 stays with 15 double stays you can potentially achieve with as few as 15 paid nights. Reward stays and Cash and points stays do not count. Free breakfast is an exclusive benefit for Radisson Rewards Platinum members. There are not many noticeable benefits from Radisson Rewards Gold elite, a status given as a benefit to Radisson Rewards credit card members. I once received a suite upgrade at Radisson Blu Gdansk in 2017 as a Gold elite.

There was a time when I would have jumped on this offer. Radisson Rewards has stepped into the background of hotel loyalty programs in my travels with only one paid stay so far in 2019. The main problem for me with Radisson Rewards is most of the hotels where I found good value in Europe doubled and even tripled in reward price using points over the past two years. I finally drained my account this year with a 3-night reward stay in Prague in July.

A few months ago there was talk Radisson Rewards would be merged into a Jin Jiang Hotels loyalty program. I have seen no more news on that front. There has been some integration of Radisson Rewards with Jin Jiang’s WeHotel program.
