Oneworld Alliance airlines have Paris on sale for $279 to $300 round trip from late October through March, aside from December holiday season. Looks like the alliance is pounding Norwegian when they are down. Norwegian flies LAX to Paris nonstop with lowest fares currently around $369 round trip.
