Hilton Honors revised its status match and elite challenge program. The current rules apply year-round and require a Hilton Honors member who wants a status match to provide proof of current status with another hotel loyalty program. Members accepted into the status match program will be provided Gold elite for 90 days.
- Every eligible member will be matched to trial Gold – there will no longer be an option for Status Match to Diamond tier.

- Complete 10 nights within 90 days, and your Gold status will be extended through March 31, 2021.
- Complete 18 nights within 90 days, and you will be upgraded to Diamond status through March 31, 2021.
Acceptable forms of status validation include a screenshot of your current and active account status. Acceptable forms of stay validation include a screenshot of your recent reservations or hotel receipt, redacting any personal information other than your name and membership number. Please do NOT send us any personal information (including your phone number, address, social security number, date of birth, user name, passwords, or credit card information).
Hilton reserves the right to decline any application at any time for any reason. Please allow 5 -7 business days for Hilton Honors to process your request. Hilton may require additional validation in its complete discretion which may take an additional 5 -7 business days. The 90 day status match trial period starts once approved.
