Best Western Rewards members (“Members”) who (a) reside in the United States; (b) register for the Promotion; (c) complete one (1) eligible stay at any Best Western® branded hotel in the United States or Canada between June 1, 2019 and August 31, 2019 (“Promotion Period”); (d) pay for shipping and handling; and (e) prepay for two months of service at $50.00 per month upon ordering the phone will receive a new Samsung® Galaxy J3 (or equivalent) AndroidTM Smartphone while supplies last. Purchase requires a valid credit card or debit card with verified billing address. Gift cards cannot be used.
What is an eligible stay?
An “eligible stay” for the purpose of this Promotion is defined as one or more consecutive nights at the same Best Western branded hotel in the United States or Canada, at a rate eligible for earning points or airline/partner rewards, with the exception of a stay booked through an online travel agency, a stay booked through a tour operator, or a stay booked at a special discounted rate (see Best Western Rewards program rules for further information on eligibility criteria). Multiple check-in/check-out at the same property with less than 24 hours between check-out and check-in will count as one eligible stay. Eligible stays which occur during the Promotion Period, but which have a check-in date that overlaps the beginning of the Promotion Period, will be counted towards the Promotion. An eligible stay which takes place during the Promotion Period must be completed on or before August 31, 2019 to be counted towards the Promotion.
Is the Smartphone really “Free”?
The Smartphone is free, however, you are required to pre-pay for shipping plus two months of unlimited voice, text, and 5GB of data service at $50.00 per month upon claiming the Smartphone. No annual contracts or credit check required. Regulatory fees and applicable sales taxes are included in the $50.00 per month service fee.
What kind of Smartphone will I receive?
After registering and meeting promotion qualifications you will receive a new Samsung® Galaxy J3 (or equivalent) AndroidTMSmartphone while supplies last.
Can I keep my current cellphone number?
Yes, if you currently have a cellphone, you may keep that number or choose to be assigned a new number.
How many Smartphones can I earn during the promotion period?
You can receive as many Smartphones during the Promotion Period as you qualify for (while supplies last). Promotion is subject to cancellation or change without notice.
Do Best Western Rewards members need to be registered for this promotion to be eligible to receive the Smartphone?
Yes. Best Western Rewards members must be registered for the Promotion prior to their first eligible stay to qualify for the Smartphone. Best Western Rewards members can register for the promotion online by logging into their Best Western Rewards account profile and registering through their profile.
How long does it take to receive the Smartphone after I have completed my eligible stay?
Upon completing the Promotion requirements an email containing a link to claim your new phone will be sent to the email address in your account profile approximately five (5) business days after you have completed the qualified stay. You must have a valid email address on file. After claiming your phone, please allow approximately one (1) week for delivery.
It has been more than five business days, and I haven’t received the email so that I can claim my Smartphone, what steps should I take?
