Choice Privileges brings back its standard 8,000 points after 2 stays promotion February 26 to April 26, 2019. Registration is required before your first eligible stay. This promotion bonus can be earned for every two eligible rate stays during the promotion period. Hotels worldwide participating in Choice Privileges for earning points are eligible stays.

Bonus points earned with this promotion are calculated differently from the way promotional bonus points are usually earned in other hotel loyalty programs. All Choice Hotels brands earn 10 points per $1. There is a minimum $40 room rate for an eligible stay. Assume two $40 stays and a member earns 800 base points for $80 in eligible spend. This member earns 7,200 bonus points with the promotion to bring total points earned after two stays to 8,000 points.

On the other hand, a person who spends $400 room rate on an extended 5-night stay and then another $400 on a second 5-night stay earns 8,000 base points. This member earns an additional 5,000 bonus points as a minimum bonus guarantee after two stays with this promotion.

This is still a great deal with potential high value for 8,000 points.
