World of Hyatt members can buy points with 30% bonus points through February 22, 2019 when buying 5,000 or more points. This reduces the purchase price from $24.00 per 1,000 points to $18.46 per 1,000 points.
Members can buy up to 55,000 bonus points in a calendar year and bonus points do not count toward the annual limit. The maximum purchase with this sale is $1,320 for 71,500 points.
In general, I do not find buying Hyatt points a good deal for my travels. Most of my Hyatt points in recent years were redeemed for category 1 hotels in the USA at 5,000 points for reward nights.
Category 1 at 5,000 points = $92.30
Category 2 at 8,000 points = $147.68
Category 3 at 12,000 points = $221.42
These high price points for reward nights at low category Hyatt brand hotels are why I only see value at category 1 hotels if buying Hyatt points. I usually can find a better deal than $148 rooms for a category 2 hotel reward night with the cost of points in this promotional sale.
