Prior to catching an Icelandair flight from London Heathrow Terminal 2 to Keflavik, Iceland I had an hour to check in and check out Plaza Premium Lounge.
A plate of chicken with vegetable masala poured over the top made an excellent hot lunch before my flight to Iceland. There was complimentary alcohol at the bar in the other room. The fact that beer was not self-service motivated me to drink a soda. I was ready for a different taste after a week of only beer, coffee and water in Romania and England.
Plaza Premium Lounge LHR Terminal 2 has many areas for seating. I remained in the dining area for eating, then quickly walked around the other spaces.
The lounge bar is to the right in my photo above or to the left as you enter the lounge.
A quick visit to the Plaza Premium Lounge provided an opportunity to load up on a tasty hot meal before flying to Iceland.
