Hilton Honors recently raised the reward price on 14 hotels in United Kingdom, Belarus, Poland and Romania that were 5,000 or 10,000 points.
Eleven of these hotels were 10,000 points and are now 15,000 to 20,000 points.
Three hotels were 5,000 points and are now 10,000 points.
These changes appear to have happened in past few days. I booked one of these hotels as recently as two weeks ago at the lower reward rate.

- Romania – Hampton Inn Cluj Napoca 20,000 points

- UK – Hampton Inn Newport East 10,000 points
- UK Hampton Sheffield 20,000 points
- Hampton Liverpool John Lennon Airport 19,000 points

Russia has only three low points hotels that did not increase reward rates from 5,000 (one hotel) and 10,000 points (two hotels).
