Currently tickets price from $624 round trip with many dates under $650 round trip. The 8 to 9 hour flight is on a 787-800 Dreamliner aircraft.
- Flights leave SFO at 2:00pm and arrive in Papeete at 7:40pm for an 8hr 40min flight schedule.
- Papeete PPT departure is 10:40pm and arrives at SFO the next morning at 8:45am for an 8hr 05min flight schedule.
November to March are rainy off-season months for French Polynesia islands when the weather is more humid. On the plus side, hotel deals and room availability are more likely.
Many dates show lower ticket prices buying one-way tickets SFO-PPT and PPT-SFO ($624) compared to the $766 round trip ticket price.
