Delta and United have a fare war happening today for fall travel to Europe with ticket prices from mid-$300s for travel on Delta/SkyTeam airlines for departures from United Airlines hubs like Chicago, Denver, Houston, San Francisco and Washington D.C. (Baltimore BWI) to major airports in the Star Alliance network in Belgium, Germany, Scandinavia, and Switzerland.
United/Star Alliance airlines have cheap flights from Delta hubs like Atlanta, Detroit, Minneapolis and Seattle to Amsterdam, Paris and Rome.
All three alliances have Spain on sale.
