Club Carlson members have early access to a global Dream Deals sale for 30% off Best Available Rates and 2,500 bonus points per stay from February 28 to June 30, 2018. These are prepaid, nonrefundable rates.
Must book by February 25, 2018.
This is different than most promotional discount rates from Club Carlson, which generally are not prepaid and nonrefundable.
Still, I thought there might be a good deal here since I plan to be in Europe where I plan to stay in Club Carlson hotels.
Several cities I checked in the Baltic nations of Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania, where I need hotel rooms in April and June do not have these discount rates offered for Club Carlson hotels I want to stay.
Bottom line is there are plenty of hotels not participating in this sale. Onthe landing page I linked to at top of this post the image states this offer is available at over 500 hotels, so only about 1/3 of hotels worldwide.
