Marriott Rewards is raising the reward night category of 1,083 hotels on March 6, 2018. There are 248 hotels dropping in reward category. There are 181 hotels rising in category 6, 7 and 8.
69 hotels Category 6 (30,000 points) to Category 7 (35,000 points)
90 hotels Category 7 (35,000 points) to Category 8 (40,000 points)
22 hotels Category 8 (40,000 points) to Category 9 (45,000 points).
Since Marriott’s list is organized by country, this post shows only hotels in categories 6, 7 and 8 rising one category level on March 6, 2018.
Marriott Rewards posted 124 hotels rising from category 5 to category 6. These hotels are listed in my previous post analyzing Marriott’s 2018 reward category changes.
