World of Hyatt members can buy points at $18.46 per 1,000 points when buying 5,000 or more points during Hyatt’s 30% bonus points offer through February 23, 2018.
A member can buy a maximum 55,000 Hyatt points in a calendar year. Bonus points do not count toward annual limit. A member can buy a maximum 71,500 points for $1,320 with this sale.
Points purchases for World of Hyatt reward nights generally offer best value for Points + Cash reward nights.
Fewer hotels at standard reward prices will offer a significant discount, but there are some deals to be found simply buying points for a reward night compared to the prevailing room rates.
