IHG Your World Sale prepaid rates are the lowest I have seen for London since watching rates through October.

Hotel bookings are prepaid, nonrefundable. Book by November 29 for stays through March 31, 2018.

London hotels I have tracked closely show the lowest rates with this sale offer, but only 1 or 2 GBP lower at many hotels compared to nonrefundable rates I have seen over the past month. I don’t think any of the hotels are more than 5 GBP per night lower. Still, these are the lowest rates I have seen for dates I will be in London in December.
