Wyndham adds three new brands: Trademark Collection, Dazzler and Esplendor

Wyndham acquired Fën Hotels in Latin America last December with 26 hotels in South America across Argentina, Peru, Costa Rica, Uruguay, Paraguay, Bolivia, and the U.S. (Dazzler Brooklyn) including two new Fën-built Wyndham Grand hotels opening in Montevideo, Uruguay, and Asunción, Paraguay.

Fën’s Esplendor Boutique Hotels and Dazzler Hotels will be bookable through Wyndham Rewards by the end of 2017.

Trademark Hotel Collection

In June 2017, Wyndham announced Trademark Hotel Collection, a new soft brand for independent hotels to merge with Wyndham. This new Wyndham hotel brand seeks 3 and 4 star hotels for its portfolio and should be a direct competitor with Choice Hotels Ascend Collection.

Trademark Hotels

There are currently 13 Trademark Hotel Collection properties in Germany and one hotel in Switzerland. Most of these hotels are currently bookable through Wyndham. I see GoFast rates at most of these hotels too.

Wyndham already has its primary European presence in Germany. The addition of these new hotels in Germany improves the chain’s footprint.

    I think the company should focus on improving what they already have. Being a big brand is not always a good thing when a company is so big they forget values and tradition. Once great employees because miserable and leave.
