Choice Hotels has five properties in London, England at 8,000 to 12,000 points per reward night for some dates in summer and fall.

Paris has many hotels in the 8,000 to 12,000 points this summer too. The main difference in value is due to London hotel average room rates being priced far higher than Paris hotel average room rates this summer 2017.
