WOW Air has a sale today for $99.99 one way tickets from San Francisco and Los Angeles to London LGW, Dublin DUB, Berlin SXF and Copenhagen CPH. There are fare sales from $89.99 out of Baltimore, Chicago and Miami too on routes to Bristol, Cork, Edinburgh, Frankfurt, Lyon and Reykjavik.

Travel Dates: July – October

These are real deals for one way travel to Europe in July and early August. Ticket prices for one way Europe to USA are much higher for July and early August dates.

WOW ticket prices drop to under $200 one way beginning second week of August if you want round trip travel.

You can also buy cheap tickets from Scandinavian airports to the USA under $500 round trip from about second week of August.

The catch is the first date for a one way fare on WOW Air from Dublin to SFO under $500 is mid-August when ticket prices drop to $171.

However those low cost return flights are selling out.

Frequent flyer miles are one option to get back.

Or buy a round trip ticket from Europe on a major alliance airline. Stockholm, Gothenburg, Oslo and Copenhagen tend to have lowest round trip fares to USA with a return flight to Scandinavia in the fall or next winter. But again, those cheap fares do not fall under $500 round trip until mid-August.
