Important promotion details.
First – these rates may be canceled without penalty, up to day of arrival for some hotels and other hotels require cancellation a couple days in advance.
Second – not all hotels in these regions USA, Canada, Latin America are participating. As usual, I found several nonparticipating hotels in California.
Third – Some participating hotels only offer CyberMonday discount rate on certain days of week. For some hotels I checked in San Francisco Bay area the CyberMonday discount was only on Thu-Fri-Sat nights.
Fourth – Offer combinable with Club Carlson Double Points promotion for stays by December 31.
Fifth – discount is 15% / 30% off Best Flexible Rate. AAA discount is normally 10% and Advance purchase nonrefundable discount is commonly 15%. These CYBERDAY rates are a good deal for hotel bookings you need right now, but not a truly unique deal for Club Carlson members. There are regularly sales for 15% to 30% off at Club Carlson properties in the Americas. Here was one from last month for Radisson Hotels, also with flexible cancellation policy.

What makes this CyberMonday deal better than most Club Carlson sales is the lengthy window for hotel reservations through March 31 at 30% off for 2-night and longer stays.
Personally I don’t have any hotel plans or needs for the USA or Americas at the present time. I let my Club Carlson Visa card free night certificate expire this year with no need for it compared to other deals I was finding.
Still, the Club Carlson Visa is useful to me for complimentary Gold elite and access to 50% off rates with 2-for-1 and 4-for-2 elite member weekend rates at Europe, Middle East and Africa hotels.
