UA/AC/DL/AA $424-$548 LAX to Tokyo Aug-Mar 2017

United/Star Alliance, Delta Airlines and American all have nonstop flights to Tokyo priced around $548 round trip on their own websites for departures from the last week of August through October. United/Star Alliance has low fares into March 2017. American only has a few dates with low fares during this entire sale period, mostly October dates.

The real deal here are deep discount ticket prices being offered by online travel agencies (OTA). Tokyo has been a discount route for over a week now since I wrote about fares in $400s last Sunday, July 31.

There have been fares as low as $397 on Singapore Airlines from LAX to Tokyo over the past couple days through OTA sites, but the lowest ticket price I found today is $424 with Air Canada through a meta-search. OTA Air Canada ticket
