United Airlines has Paris on sale from Washington IAD for $494 round trip for nonstop flights departing November 1 to December 15, 2016.
There are also some dates beginning in October with Icelandair for $490 round trip with the option to add a stopover in Iceland for only a few dollars more. Icelandair does not charge for checked bags or carry-on or seats, so no add-on fees to the ticket price.
