United Airlines has nonstop flights from Washington IAD to Paris CDG at $588 round trip for departures from late October to mid-December. There are also many connections via Canada one way or both ways with the potential for long overnight layovers in Montreal if you want to spend a day there too. These low fares are available almost every date from October 26 to December 15, 2016.
Google Flights shows even lower $488 Air Canada flights, however, I could not get any dates I tried to price at that level. There seems to be a lot of underpricing for Air Canada tickets on Google Flights maps today from cities all around the USA. I saw fares in low $500s for Air Canada SFO-Athens and $350s for Chicago to Stockholm, but I was unable to get any of these potential low fare deals to price at those low tickets.
