Air China/UA/AC low fares USA–Beijing/Chengdu $270 to $550

There are all kinds of low fares today with Air China, Air Canada and United Airlines to Beijing, Chengdu and other places in Southeast Asia. Some of these appear to be OTA glitches with fares from Portland PDX and Seattle SEA pricing under $300 round trip on an OTA site ExploreTrip. SecretFlying.com has details on that deal.

Update: 6:00am July 4 Pacific time. I am not seeing the fare glitch now with ExploreTrip. Fares are back to same as other OTA sites and the airline’s own sites. Still lots of low fares in $500s and low $600s to China/Southeast Asia with United, Air Canada and Air China today from San Francisco, Seattle, Portland, Denver and New York.

I noticed low fares on Air China and United from New York and posted those this morning, but now it appears there are fares in the low $500s from many airports like Chicago and San Francisco that are not OTA glitches. These fares, like the ones I posted earlier for New York JFK and Newark EWR with $513 JFK-Manila, are fares found on Air China’s website, Air Canada and United Airlines.

I’ll update this post as I research these deals.

From my research on New York fares a couple hours ago, these deals are available for departures from early September to early December.
