United Airlines, Delta and American have some of the lowest fares to Munich and Frankfurt from a USA airport today at $564 to $571 round trip. Frankfurt is $585 to $593 round trip for departures between Sep 21 and Oct 28 on United and fares in the $500s return again in April and May 2017. Delta fares are only for Sep 21-Oct 20.
These fares are valid at 5:00am CT Thu June 23.

I do not see fares to Germany this low from any other Delta hub. American attacked Delta hubs, including MSP, with low fares in the $400s on Tuesday June 21 into Wed morning for about 16 hours.
Lowest fares for these routes are with Air Canada flights. All United Airlines flights are typically $1 to $10 more round trip.
