Delta/SkyTeam and United/Star Alliance have Washington to Paris as low as $444 round trip and New York to Paris around $490 round trip today for every date from Sep 15 to Dec 15. United flies out of Newark EWR and Delta has many of their low fares from EWR and some from JFK too. Air Canada has low fares from New York LGA. Google Flights fare calendar shows every date from Sep 15 to Dec 15 under $500 round trip.
