Last year I checked out the Hyde Park London concert series and got totally psyched that the Rolling Stones were playing in Hyde Park in July during the nights we were booked to stay at InterContinental Park Lane. As I researched this great intersection of my being in London and the Stones playing a free show across the street from our hotel, my jubilation quickly subsided when I learned the concert happened in 2013.
While the Stones are not playing Hyde Park July 2016, there is the annual free concert series British Summertime Hyde Park. But my summer plans are not London this year, so I will be searching for concert opportunities in Stockholm, Krakow and Christiania, Copenhagen this July.

Hyde Park, London
While the Stones were not in Hyde Park last July when I was hanging out in the city, I did spot Prince William at the 7/7 Memorial 10-year commemoration ceremony.
