Europe fares from Houston reveal extent of fare sale today

There is a major fare sale happening today for fall/winter travel from USA airports to Europe among all three major airlines American, Delta and United and their alliance partners. Airfares are low, but not exceptionally low from most places. The real deal here is most hubs for American, Delta and United have low fares to many smaller airports around Europe from all three major airlines.

Houston IAH, a United Airlines hub, provides a good example of what is happening today in the airline ticket market with low fares being posted in the past 24 hours on many European routes on American, Delta, United and their partners. Low fares are primarily September to March 2017 travel.

IAH – Venice VCE is available from all three alliances at a similar low fare for the route. This same situation plays out for many other airports around Europe with fares in the $500s and $600s from many USA airports. California tends to be more in low $700s. The number of destinations in Europe makes this one of the better sales in the past year.
