Air Canada has a very low $210 one way fare from Toronto YYZ to London Gatwick available for many dates in June and $227 to $240 one way for half the dates in July. The fare is far higher for the return, yet fares are as low as $500 round trip in early June and $610 for mid-June outbound with early July return. Competition in Toronto from low cost carriers Westjet and WOW Airlines are the likely catalyst for these low June and July summer fares to London from Air Canada.

    Fliers should be aware that Air Canada “Rouge” 763s are configured with extremely tight seating: 30″ pitch and 17.5″ seat width.

    Air Canada Rouge is fine for a 1-2 hour flight – but a 7-8 hour flight?

    Better hope there’s no turbulence so you can stand up most of the trip. Seats are cramped and like sitting on stadium seats (except stadium seats you can stand and walk around whenever you like).

    Horrible form of transportation!
