United Airlines has a very low $39.10 one-way fare between Los Angeles and Chicago ORD on very limited dates for travel in April and May. There are more dates with $54 and $79 one way fares.
This can be a fantastic deal if low fare dates work for your travels. Chicago in the past year has been the low fare center of the USA.
