Airfare Deals American Airlines Delta Airlines JetBlue New York City New York JFK New York LGA New York-Newark NJ EWR United Airlines Virgin America

SFO to JFK, LGA, EWR $124 each way, many airlines into June 2016

San Francisco to New York JFK and Newark EWR at $124 each way is available with United, Delta, Jet Blue and Virgin America for travel departures into June 2016. American is $128 to $132 each way. There is wide open availability into March and some airlines carry this fare into the first week of June 2016.

Most of these airlines fly JFK. United flies primarily EWR and LGA. Virgin America and American have EWR at these low fares. American only has low $132 fares to JFK into first week of March for one-stop flights. Nonstop fares on AA are $149 SFO-JFK.

Delta, JetBlue and Virgin America have nonstop flights between JFK and SFO and the longest low fare schedules into the first week of June 2016.

I find these fares interesting as potential positioning flights for international travel from San Francisco or New York, as well as a low cost transcon fare.

@Charles – thanks for the correction. I am having problems with numbers in my posts this past week and poor proofreading.

When I got home from Washington D.C. yesterday afternoon, my wife told me about an article she read on how sleep deprivation makes you stupid. I have had two periods in the past week when I went 30 hours without sleep due to flying from Sweden to San Francisco and then a 12-hour delay arriving in DC on Friday that kept me up all night rather than sleeping in a comfortable hotel bed. I think I am still about 20 hours short on sleep this past week.
