Subject to all federal, state, and local laws. Sweepstakes begins on August 25, 2015 at 3:00 p.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) and ends on December 15, 2015 at 4:00 p.m. ET (the “Sweepstakes Period”). 1. Eligibility: The #ParadiseChat Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) is open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States (including the District of Columbia) who, as of date of entry, are at least eighteen (18) years of age or the age of majority in their respective states/jurisdictions of permanent residence, whichever is greater and be a Marriott Rewards member. Employees, officers, and directors of Marriott Caribbean & Latin America Resorts (“Sponsor”), MMGY Global (“Administrator”), Don Jagoda Associates, Inc., and any of their respective parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, franchisees, mandataries, representatives, consultants, contractors, legal counsel, advertising, public relations, promotional, fulfillment, and marketing agencies, web site providers, web masters, and members of their immediate families (spouses, parents, siblings and children, regardless of where they live) and those living in the same household (whether or not related) are
not eligible to enter or win.
