Hyatt Place $125.40; occupancy 80.1%.

Hyatt House $142.10; occupancy 83.6%.

Park Hyatt and Grand Hyatt brands have seen room rates drop from 2014 levels. These two brands are more heavily represented outside the USA with currency fluctuation from a stronger dollar and weakness in some travel markets, particularly Asia-Pacific and India.
