Star Alliance members have Singapore on sale today from $665 to fly San Francisco-SIN Singapore on Singapore Airlines or $760 with Air China from JFK to Singapore. LAX-Singapore was $675 on Singapore Airlines, but that fare disappeared during the writing of this post. Air China has LAX-SIN route for $736. These fares are available for departures from September to mid-December 2015.

Priceline priced at $775. Air China website priced $760.30.
The $760 fare on Air China from JFK is within $30 of the lowest fare I have seen for this route since March.
Orbitz low fare on Singapore Airlines SFO or LAX to Singapore
Singapore Airlines flights are pricing at a low $665 to $675 for travel in the fall months from LAX or SFO.
