Finding a good deal to the Maldives from the USA is challenging with economy class airfare topping $1,000 most dates and over $1,500 for many dates.
Frequent flyer miles award tickets are probably one of the best uses of miles to splurge on a trip like this and spend two days of travel in Business Class. Another consideration is flying to Asia or Europe on a cheap economy fare and flying to Male from there on another cheap fare or get lower priced frequent flyer award tickets starting in Asia or Europe.
