There is a grand opening 50% off rate for Hyatt Ziva Rose Hall and Hyatt Zilara Rose Hall all-inclusive resorts opening November 1, 2014 in the former Ritz-Carlton Rose Hall near Montego Bay, Jamaica. Hyatt Zilara is an adults only hotel and Hyatt Ziva is a family hotel. Both hotels have been created from the formerly Ritz-Carlton Rose Hall property.

Hyatt Ziva Rose Hall 50% Grand Opening Rate terms
Valid at Hyatt Ziva Rose Hall. Offer valid for new bookings Now – October 31, 2014 for travel through December 1, 2015. Not combinable with other consumer saving promotions and is not applicable for group bookings. 3 night minimum length of stay required for stay dates of 24 December 2014 – 31 December 2014. The 50% off Grand Opening Sale rate must be booked by October 31, prior to the resort opening on November 1, 2014.

Hyatt Ziva Rose Hall has rates at $288 for a 3-night midweek stay November 14-17. Standard King Bed room is 493 sq. ft., a good size luxury hotel room.
Hyatt Zilara Rose Hall priced at $320 for a 3-night stay Nov 14-17. The standard King room at Hyatt Zilara is slightly smaller at 480 sq. ft.

One Adult and One Child is the same rate as two adults. Two Adults and two children are the same rate as three adults. Two adults and one child is rate midway between two and three adults.
Ocean Front Butler Junior Suite at $464 looks like the deal here for a large room. There are also Club Level rooms, however, access to Club Level amenities comes at a premium of $720 per night compared to the same room without Club Level access at $312 per night.

Families traveling with children need to be aware that all children 13 or older are considered adults when booking these rooms.
Infants and toddlers under 3 years at the time of check-in stay at no additional charge. Children 3 to 12 years at the time of check-in should be entered as Children when booking. Guests 13 years and older at the time of check-in are considered Adults and should be entered as Adults at the time of booking.

Hyatt Ziva Rose Hall and Hyatt Zilara Rose Hall are not yet listed for Hyatt Gold Passport points. There are currently two all-inclusive Hyatt Ziva and Zilara properties in Mexico with the following award table.
I suspect the Rose Hall properties will be 25,000 or 30,000 points for a Standard room.
