In my check of Radisson Blu Cork for July 4 weekend, there was no availability, however, the site offers a felxible dates calendar showing dates with promotional rate availability.

Dream Deals are prepaid and nonrefundable, but could be worth the prepayment for these kinds of hotel rate discounts.
