Starwood Hotels Asia Pacific division has a limited time offer for up to 50% off rates for stays of two nights or more booked by June 29, 2014 and completed by October 31, 2014. These rates are prepaid and nonrefundable. This offer is called ‘Now or More’. I guess the incentive here is to convince you to book now or pay more for booking later.
The few hotels I checked showed these rates to be the lowest rates offered for the dates. I personally am too risk adverse to book prepaid, nonrefundable stays unless the rate is a great deal for where I plan to be and I feel my travel plans are almost certain to be unchanged.
