Marriott eBreaks are weekly hotel rate discounts sent on Monday to newsletter subscribers. These rates are available for stays the following weekend Thursday through Sunday nights, with a two night stay required for Thursday-Friday or Saturday-Sunday. Friday and/or Saturday night can be a one-night booking.
Two California hotels I tried had higher rates than shown in the email. Perhaps you will have better luck finding a good value hotel rate.
These low rates can be a cheap way to earn Marriott MegaBonus certificates.
